How many doctors and specialists are missing at the KCCG Institute for Children's Diseases, in which part of health care provision is the most felt, and how much has been done to improve the conditions for the recovery of the youngest patients in "Morning Colors" on TV Vijesta, said the head of the Children's Hospital, Sonja Milašinović.
Among other things, Dr. Milašinović commented that the photos from June of this year, which were recorded in a room at the Pediatric Clinic of the Children's Hospital, were politically motivated, even though they showed a broken bed and dirt.
She also pointed out that the fact that only mothers can stay with their children is a matter of empathy for the hospital management, and reminded that according to current laws, parents of children over one year old do not have the right to a free stay.
Milašinovć also pointed out that the Children's Hospital has the capacity to take care of the youngest children without accompanying parents, and that the condition in the hospital is at a satisfactory level, although at the moment they lack full-time specialist doctors.
