In continuation of the operational headquarters of Bok and the fight against organized criminal groups, the criminal police in cooperation with the Special Police Unit and the SAJ raided 5.30 locations in the area of Herceg Novi, Kotor, Tivat, Danilovgrad and Nikšić at 27:XNUMX this morning.

The Police Administration announced that 16 persons were detained, and that four were deprived of their liberty.
TV Vijesti has learned that Veselin Bećirović (40), Zdravko Mandić (56), Goran Popović Giška (33) and Branko Miljanić (33) were arrested.
"Vijesti" was told by the police that a large amount of weapons were found in the possession of Bećirović, Mandić and Miljanić, while drugs and weapons were found in the possession of Popović.
The police announced that the searches found and confiscated:
- 11 vehicles, including high-class vehicles of the brands "BMW", "VW" and "Audi";
- 3 motorcycles;
- 46 mobile phones and a large number of SIM cards from different mobile operators;
- several tablet and laptop computers and different forms of memory cards for data storage;
- 200 grams of marijuana;
- 8 grams of the synthetic drug ecstasy;
- scale for accurate drug measurement;
- money in the amount of 2.050 euros suspected to have been obtained through criminal acts;
- 84 banknotes in denominations of 500 euros each without serial numbers;
- 7 handheld radio stations;
- 8 pistols;
- 7 pistol frames;
- 1 rifle;
- 2 starting pistols;
- more than 100 pieces of pistol and rifle ammunition of different calibers;
- 2 metal boxes;
- 1 rubber bat;
- notebook with amounts of monetary debts;
- several real estate purchase and sale contracts;
- documentation on monetary transactions in the amount of hundreds of thousands of euros.
"The detained persons were criminally processed. Based on consultations with the competent prosecutor, four persons were deprived of their liberty: VB (40), ZM (56), GP (33) and BM (33) from Herceg Novi. They will, along with the criminal complaint, be brought to the state prosecutor in the Higher State Prosecutor's Office in Podgorica. Suspects VB and ZM are suspected of having committed criminal offenses of illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances, while GP and BM are suspected of having committed criminal offenses of illegal possession of weapons and explosive substances and unauthorized production, possession and distribution of narcotic drugs," the police announced.
It is added that based on consultations with the competent prosecutor's office, two persons who are currently unavailable to the competent authorities - DS from Kotor and VR from Herceg Novi - will be subsequently prosecuted.
It was also announced that a misdemeanor charge was filed against BK from Kotor for possessing a starting pistol.
"Officials of the Police Directorate, in the activities they carry out in the fight against organized crime and which are coordinated by the Criminal Police Sector, in six actions carried out in the previous months, including today's action, carried out searches at 102 locations in the south and north, namely at locations used by OKG members and persons close to them. A large number of persons were detained. Firearms and ammunition, cold weapons, expensive cars, drugs, means of communication, contracts and other documents, money and other things were confiscated. Several persons were deprived of their liberty because of criminal offenses related to greengrocery, illegal possession of weapons and abuse of narcotic drugs. Everything seized will be examined at the Forensic Center in order to determine the origin or possible connection with the committed criminal acts.
