Information specialist Maja Medenica has not yet conducted an expert report to determine whether the cameras in the offices and the corridor of the police station were working and whether the MUP provided accurate information on the compliance of video surveillance with real time.
That is why the trial of Braslav Borozan, accused of attacking three police officers in the station in October 21 and slightly injuring them, was postponed to November 2015.
Judge Rade Ćetković accepted the proposal of the defense to conduct an expert examination, in order to determine how, according to the doctor's reports and video footage from the police, three employees of that institution were in two different places at the same time.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs claims that the video surveillance in the Podgorica CB is 21 minutes late compared to real time.
The accused said that several policemen brutally beat him that evening. He filed a criminal complaint two years ago, which has not yet been acted upon.
The criminal complaint that he beat the police officers was processed in less than 30 days.
