ingredients:
250 g of parsley root
2 lemons with peel
200 g of honey
2 dl of olive oil
<strong>Preparation: </strong>
Wash the parsley root and grind it in a machine, and do the same with the lemon.
Mix parsley and lemon and add honey and olive oil.
Store in a clean jar. Take one large spoonful before breakfast and one before dinner until it is all used up, reports Taste Matters.
