Police officers of the Nikšić Security Center deprived fellow citizen Radovan Mujović (28) of his freedom for illegal possession of weapons.
According to the police, on August 31, around three o'clock in the morning, in the parking lot on "Vuka Karadžića" Street, they noticed a parked "VW Golf" vehicle with Herzegovinian license plates, driven by Mujović, an "operationally interesting person". A search of the person and vehicle was carried out, and a black holster containing a gun of an unknown brand was noticed in the parking lot.
The pistol was seized and, by order of the state prosecutor in Nikšić, sent to the Forensic Center for expert examination. It was established that it was a "France police" pistol, caliber 7,65, with a frame in which there were five bullets. The senior state prosecutor in Podgorica qualified the act as illegal possession of weapons and explosive materials and ordered Mujović to be brought under criminal charges, which the police did.
On the basis of operational knowledge, and acting according to the order of the investigating judge, the police searched the apartment used by Stefan Mitrović (20) from Nikšić and on that occasion found a CZ (tetejac) pistol, with an obliterated factory number, caliber 7,62 with three bullets in it. frame and one fired shell. Weapons and ammunition were confiscated with a certificate and sent to the Forensic Center for expert examination by order of the state prosecutor in Nikšić, followed by the filing of a criminal report.
