Three teams of firefighters from the Protection and Rescue Service of Podgorica are keeping the fire on Kakaricka gora under control, so that it does not get close to houses.
The commander of the Protection Service, Andrija Čađenović, told "Vijesta" that the fire in Pričelje is under control, and that there were two teams there that by 15 p.m. had extinguished a part of the fire that was closest to the Stojanović houses and restaurant.
"If necessary, we will go around and extinguish the part of the fire that is currently high and where it is inaccessible for extinguishing," said Čađenović.
He emphasized that one team is extinguishing the fire at the most critical positions in Poprat, in Zatrijepč and towards Koriti Kučki.
Čađenović said that there were several smaller fires that were quickly extinguished.
