The start of the trial of Dejan R. Pavićević (14) and Miloš V. Trb (45), accused of selling drugs, creating a criminal organization and complicity in the murder of Dalibor Đurić in ZIKS, was postponed to September 31.
The main hearing was postponed so that the president of the special council, Judge Dragoje Jović, and his council could familiarize themselves with the case.
Jović's panel won that case recently, after judge Suzana Mugoša discharged herself due to her obligations in the case of the alleged attempted terrorism.
The attorney of the Đurić family, lawyer Branko Anđelić, also requested a postponement, who submitted a letter to the court saying that he only received a power of attorney from the family of the murdered convict yesterday.
Pavićević and Trbo are accused of having significantly contributed to as yet unidentified persons - to kill a member of the Skaljar clan in an insidious manner and out of self-interest.
Đurić was killed on September 22 in the gymnasium of the Semi-Open Department of the Spuž prison.
