Senior State Prosecutor Željko Tomković will soon send the indictment charging Vladimir Ulama (24) and Darko Mijović (26) with the murder of Nemanja Medina from Petrovac to the Podgorica High Court for confirmation.
This was unofficially told to "Vijesta" in the prosecutor's office.
According to this information, the prosecutor's office received a supplementary report from an expert in the telecommunications profession, after which the indictment will be completed, which the extra-judicial panel of the High Court sent back for amendment at the end of March.
According to the indictment, Ulama and Mijović killed Medina in an insidious manner and with intent.
In the prosecutor's file, it is stated that on July 8, 2016, the two had several intensive telephone communications with the injured party - first Mijović, and then Ulama.
It says that they then lured Medina to come to Virpazar for the purpose of buying and selling weapons, and then demanded that he do something, which he refused. Although Medin has not yet been found, the prosecutor suspects Ulama and Mijović that on July 8, 2016, they injured him, then stuffed him in the trunk of his "Megan", drove him to an unknown place, killed him in an as yet unknown manner and hid his body.
They are suspected of having set fire to his "megan" next to the local road Virpazar - Rijeka Crnojevića.
The car of the Petrovčan resident, who disappeared on July 8 last year, was found four days later in Jabukov do.
The prosecution initially suspected Ulama and Mijović for the kidnapping of Petrovčanin for months, but in early February the prosecutor charged them with murder.
