The trial of Dejan R. Pavićević (45) and Miloš V. Trb (31), accused of selling drugs, creating a criminal organization and complicity in the murder of convict Dalibor Đurić in the ZIKS, is scheduled for today in the Podgorica High Court.
The two from Kotor will be tried by the Special Criminal Chamber, presided over by Judge Suzana Mugoša.
Pavićević and Trbo are accused of having significantly contributed to as yet unidentified persons to kill a member of the Skaljar clan in an insidious manner and out of self-interest. Đurić was killed on September 22 in the gymnasium of the Semi-Open Department of the Spuž prison.
