Sculptor Miodrag Šćepanović, prof. Dr. David Kaljaj and Dr. Svetozar Savić are the winners of the Thirteenth of July Award for 2017, it was decided at the session held yesterday in Cetinje by the jury, which was convened by Gojko Kastratović, president and members of prof. emeritus Ilija Vujošević, prof. Miodrag Šćepanović was born in 1953 in Kolašin, where he completed elementary school and high school. He graduated in sculpture in 1983 at the Faculty of Fine Arts in Belgrade in the class of prof. Misha Popović. He has been a member of ULUCG since 1990. He is also a member of the "Autumn Salon" association in Paris since 2008. He published 60 scientific papers in prestigious international journals in the field of mathematics and reviewed a large number of papers. Kaljaj is not only engaged in studies at the Faculty of Science and Mathematics, but has also been the head of the Study Program for Teacher Education in the Albanian Language since its establishment in 2004.

Dr. Svetozar Savić (1962) graduated from the Faculty of Agriculture in Novi Sad. He defended his master's and doctoral theses (topic: autochthonous Montenegrin grape varieties) at the Faculty of Agriculture in Belgrade. At the Institute for Research in Agriculture "Serbia" in Belgrade, he was elected to the position of scientific associate. At the Biotechnical Faculty in Podgorica, he was elected to the position of senior research associate. He was chosen as a lecturer on the course - Wine and Food, at the Faculty of Tourism in Bar.

He holds a certificate from the WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) institute in London for an international connoisseur of wine and spirits. He is an authorized Montenegrin wine taster. He is the author of the Education Program for the Acquisition of Knowledge and Skills in Sommeliering in Montenegro. He led the development of the Agriculture Development Strategy of the Municipality of Bar. He is a Montenegrin delegate to the OIV (International Office for Vine and Wine in Paris), a member of the Department of Agriculture at the Montenegrin Academy of Sciences and Arts, and a professional member of the International Association of Oenologists and Vinegrowers (ASEV).

He has published over 100 scientific and popular-professional works, he is the author of several books: scientific monographs - "Ecological conditions and autochthonous grape varieties in Montenegro", professional books - "Vranac, to grapes and wine", textbooks for secondary agricultural schools - "Viticulture".
