The Tax Administration has not yet submitted data on the old and new "Pobjeda", on the basis of which the Podgorica Basic Court should determine whether it is the same company.
At the last hearing, lawyer Aleksandar Đurišić asked for an extension of the lawsuit filed by the director of the Center for Investigative Journalism of Montenegro, Milka Tadić Mijović, and her former colleague, Monitor editor Milena Perović Korać, due to insults and hate speech in Pobjeda's texts from June 2011 to April 2012. .
Đurišić requested the extension of the lawsuit to the current "Pobjeda", stating that it is registered under the same registration number as the former state-owned Pobjeda in the Central Register of Business Entities (CRPS).
The proceedings are being conducted against the state, "Pobjeda" and the editor at the time, Srđan Kusovac.
The journalists testifying earlier pointed out that the texts of Marko Vešović and Šekio Radončić, which were published by the state Pobjeda for years, were unprecedented hate speech, that they were full of untruths, slander and calls for violence against all who represented independent media.
After four years since the filing of the lawsuit, the procedure has not even been completed in the first instance.
