Dalibor Đurić was shot ten days before he was killed on September 22 last year in Spuška prison.
This was said by the wife of the murdered prisoner, Aleksandara Đurić, in front of special prosecutor Saša Čađenović.
In the indictment against Dejan Pavićević and Miloš Trb, it is written that Đurićeva was heard in the investigation as a witness - injured party and that she then said that she had no knowledge of the murder of her husband in the premises of the Institute for the Execution of Criminal Sanctions in Spuz.
"She states that she learned from her late husband that he was shot on September 12, 2016, while he was in ZIKS," the document of the Special Prosecutor's Office says.
Pavićević and Trbo are accused of significantly contributing to as yet unidentified persons to kill Đurić in an insidious manner and out of self-interest.
The files explain that they are part of a criminal group formed in May 2016, with the task of liquidating the now deceased member of the Škaljar clan.
Prosecutors, however, have not yet revealed who the organizer is, but neither have the other members of that mafia group...
According to their claims, that clan was preparing several criminal acts - drug smuggling, illegal possession of weapons and serious murder...
In the explanation of the indictment, Čađenović claims that material traces proved that on September 22, 2016, Pavićević and Trbo waited in a Danilovgrad cafe for the executor to liquidate Đurić, and then went to destroy the traces.
After receiving the signal, he writes, they returned to Rogame, smashed the rear windshield of the car that the killer had left there with a hammer, doused it with gasoline, inserted several burning packets of Hepo cubes and started a fire: "In order to destroy material evidence and enable the perpetrator to escape unhindered".
Kotor residents denied any connection with the murder of Đurić.
Evidence
Although they denied in front of the prosecutor that on the day of the murder of Đurić they were passing the old road from Roga to Danilovgrad, the signal of Pavićević's phone was registered at 18:44 in the area of the Spuž C base station.
"Which covers exactly part of the old road from Rogam to Danilovgrad, via Pričelje, and that part of the road that the defendants categorically deny that they passed"...
Based on the video from the surveillance camera of the cafe where the people of Kotor were sitting in Danilovgrad, the forensic experts determined that Trbo was holding a rubber hammer in his hand, which he used to break the glass of a car in Rogami...
Parts of that hammer are said to have been found in a burning car...
In the indictment, it is written that an open-ended wrench and an allen wrench were found in the vehicle, which were determined by expert testimony to be fully suitable for handling the screws found on the bipod found at the place where Đurić was shot...
Roles
The indictment states that Pavićević and Trbo accepted to carry out the instructions and orders of the organizers of the criminal group and its members.
It is detailed that, among other things, they were in charge of securing cars, transporting narcotics, perpetrators, co-perpetrators and aides in the commission of crimes, transmitting messages between members of the organization as well as destroying traces...
Pavićević and Trbo were arrested on September 22, a few hours after Đurić was killed by a sniper shot in the courtyard of the Spuša prison.
Policemen stopped them while they were driving the "Golf IV" from Glava Zeta to Bogetići.

In the prosecutor's files, it is written that the killer waited on the right bank of the Zeta River for the convict to go for a walk, and then shot him.
Đurić was shot with a 7,9 mm sniper rifle.
The projectile inflicted a bullet wound in his chest, broke the second rib on the left side and the handle of the sternum, destroyed his left lung, broke the fifth, sixth and seventh ribs...
He was shot in the gymnasium of the Semi-Open Department of the Penitentiary Correctional Center in Spuš, and investigators found the bullet used to commit the murder in the storage area of ZIKS. The remains of the rifle from which he was liquidated were found in the burned-out "Octavia" vehicle in the Rogami settlement.
ZIKS claimed that they had no information that Đurić was threatened...
After the murder of Đurić, "Vijesti" received information from several sources that Kotoran's life had been threatened before in ZIKS, but it was not possible to verify this information at the time with the prison administration.
After the liquidation, the institution announced that "there was no information that his assassination was being prepared, that is, that his safety in the institution was threatened."
They explained that he had been in the Semi-Open Department for more than four months.
Despite this, Đurić was not allowed to use his free weekends because of the threat to his security.
