Yesterday, the trial of the brothers Amar and Admir Kadić was postponed until February 16, due to causing a general danger on April 15, 2015, in front of the "Kapitol" business and catering facility in Bijelo Polje.
The reason for another postponement is that Amar is taking exams at the Faculty of Management and Economics in Travnik, for which his defense lawyer Drago Konatar submitted documentation, requesting a postponement.
The injured folk singer Saladin Dino Heldić, who was attacked together with his brother in front of the Capitol, did not attend the hearing either.
It was announced that Heldić is still in Switzerland, where he performs as a folk singer.
According to the indictment, on April 15, after verbal provocations, the Kadićs broke a part of the "Sport Cafe" betting shop in the "Kapitol" business building.
It is explained that they drove past the betting shop, then stopped the vehicle and got out with guns.
"After that, Amar went towards Heldići and after saying the words - 'I will kill you', shot in the direction of Nazif and missed him".
