The Union of Electronic Sports of Montenegro continues to organize the Summer League in the gaming hub in Podgorica, and last weekend e-sportsmen competed in the Dota 2 and NBA2K23 titles.

On Sunday, the NBA2K23 basketball simulation tournament was held, which through the group stage promised quality matches that we could watch from the 1/4 finals. "I was very satisfied with the tournament because the organization was excellent and I had the opportunity to compete with very good players," Raičević told "Vijesta".
As he said, he has been playing basketball simulation for several years.
“It's my favorite game. But most of the society also plays soccer simulations, so I often play that as well," said Raičević.
As he says, he is also good in basketball live.
"I played recreational basketball until I was 18 years old, so that's the main reason why I decided on this simulation and that experience contributed to a better understanding of the simulation itself," said the honest gamer.
Football simulations through the titles e-Football and Fifa are much more popular in the Balkans, so there aren't that many friends with whom to play NBA2K23 against each other.
"Most of my peers prefer football simulation, but I still have a few friends who like basketball simulation, so we have the opportunity to compete with each other and improve our skills", says Raičević, who does not hide that it was not easy for him to win this tournament.
“I think the other players in the tournament are very talented and it was challenging to compete against them. The ones who gave me the most trouble were my friends against whom I have been playing for years and we know each other well when it comes to the way of playing and the outcome of such matches is always uncertain," admits the interlocutor of "Vijesti", who hopes that this title will become popular in our country in the future. .
"Given that the simulation is very well made and attractive to watch, I hope it will achieve popularity similar to other simulations. There are announcements that a regional basketball simulation league will start from September, which would mean local players to prepare for major competitions. The Electronic Sports Association headed by Filip Šoča is putting a lot of effort into e-sports in Montenegro and I believe that this idea will be realized", concludes Raičević.
