In the rapidly evolving world of electronic sports (esports), opportunities for growth and development continue to shape the landscape of competitive gaming.
The collaboration between the World Esports Federation (IESF) and the International Training and Technology Institute (ITTI) has grown into a platform of new opportunities for all participants of their "Executive Program in Esports Management".
This cooperation made it possible to award four full scholarships to candidates who are ready to start a new career path in the field of esports management this year, ahead of the World Championship in Iasi.
This unique program, which starts in January 2024, has the potential to shape the future leaders of the esports industry.
Mia Kraljević - Ćalasan also participated in the program, who as a participant from Montenegro became the first to complete the program in the region.
"The organization and preparation of the course were excellent, and the instructors were expert and experienced professionals from the e-sports industry. There were lecturers from companies that are leaders in this industry, such as Dominika Marija Szot (Marketing Director at GRID), Jon Manzanos (Head of Gaming at Youplanet), Alban Dechelotte (Director at G2 Esports), Alvaro Gonzalez (Director at Team Queso) as well as many other lecturers who imparted this wealth of knowledge and introduced us to all aspects of this growing sector," she recalled.
During the course, various topics such as eSports team development strategy, eSports marketing, sponsorships and monetization, event management and media coverage were covered.
"Through lectures, case studies and workshops, we gained a deeper understanding of how e-sports works as an industry and how teams and events can be successfully managed," notes Kraljević Ćalasan.
