Mia Kraljević Ćalasan, representative of the Union of Electronic Sports of Montenegro (SESCG), attended the meeting of the board of the European Esports Federation (EEF) in Warsaw as a member of the board of that organization, where she was appointed as the manager of the sector for education and EU funds.
At this meeting, under the chairmanship of Andrzej Kraśnicki, a new leadership was elected. Chester King from Great Britain and Karol Cagan from Slovakia received the support of the board of directors for key positions, while Mia, Boban Totovski from North Macedonia who will deal with membership, and Karol Cagan in charge of organizing the tournament, were given specific tasks.
Mia is recognized in the European esports community thanks to her rich experience and educational qualifications. She holds NASEF licenses and a diploma from the ITTI Sports Academy in Barcelona, further strengthening her role in esports and gaming education.
As one of the founders of the NGO 4Future, Mia dedicated herself to the improvement of esports education in Montenegro and the Adriatic region, creating a network of the esports community.
Montenegro, through SESCG, is increasingly positioning itself as the center of esports and gaming in Europe. With her involvement in the EEF, Mia advocates for the further development of esports in Montenegro, which has already participated in the European Olympic Games in Poland with eFootball and Rocket League eSports competitions, while eight esports titles were included in the Asian Games. The support of the Montenegrin Olympic Committee was constant, which contributes to the further strengthening of Montenegro's position on the European esports scene.
