Power Rangers fans didn't expect the American series that follows the adventures of teenage superheroes to make its way into Fortnite. It did, however, happen last year, and it proved to be quite a success.
Now it looks like the collaboration between Fortnite and the Power Rangers may not be over yet, and if the latest revelation is accurate, the new wave of content in the title won't just focus on the initial generation of Rangers.
The last collaboration was solely focused on the initial generation of Power Rangers, but according to @ShiinaBR, the new collaboration will include two Rangers from the second season of the series - Power Rangers Dino Thunder.
The first two Rangers to be revealed are the Black Dino Ranger and the White Dino Ranger.
Any time fans can get content that doesn't just include the original Rangers, it's a win. While it's the series' most popular season, Dino Thunder is also a fan favorite and is tied to the original series through the presence of Tommy Oliver, played by the late Johnson David Frank.
Tommy as the Black Ranger immediately provides an impressive visual and allows fans to create their own "Tommy dream team," as the Green and White Ranger versions were already in the first collaboration.
An unusual choice in this case is the White Dino Ranger, Trent Fernandez-Merker, played by Jeffrey Paraco in the series. Trent is a villain at the beginning of the series, but later joins the other Rangers. Their introduction as a pair makes sense, as they clash several times throughout the series, creating an interesting combination of hero and villain.
