More and more celebrities have been openly talking about their love for video games in recent years. From musicians and actors to influencers, they are increasingly seen spending their free time on platforms like Twitch playing popular titles.
Musician Dodge Cat also recently attracted public attention, playing Fortnite during her latest Twitch broadcast and talking to fans about her gaming habits.
During the live broadcast, viewers invited her to play Roblox instead, but she firmly refused.
"People tell me I play Roblox. Go away. I'm a 30-year-old woman," she said with laughter and surprise, adding that she understands the popularity of certain content in the game, but that it's simply not for her.
"I understand the whole 'Dress To Impress' thing, I've seen it, people love it and I get it. But you know who really loves Roblox? Little kids," she said during the stream, which was rated 18+.
"I don't do that, I'm a grown woman," she further explained, and then provoked numerous reactions with her statement:
"You know who else loves Roblox? Pedophiles."
In the end, she made it clear that she didn't plan on playing that game.
"I just want to make it clear that I won't be playing Roblox anytime soon, and I think we can even say 'never.'"
The clip from the broadcast quickly went viral, garnering almost a million views on the X network, and was also shared massively on Instagram.
