When the movie "Deadpool" arrived in theaters at the beginning of this year, all other creations about superheroes fell into the shadows for a short time. After the laugh-out-loud action, everyone was wondering when the anti-hero sequel would arrive, and lead actor Ryan Reynolds revealed how things stand on the matter.
The actor who donned the suit of the only superhero who is aware that he is fictional and who does not strive for good at all costs, told Gizmodo that they are very close to starting the filming of the second part.
Reynolds also revealed that the director of the first part, Tim Miller, will not continue working with them, but he had only words of praise for him. In the meantime, his place will be taken by David Leach.
“Everyone was a fan of his work. He's a guy who has a lot of muscle in his action," Reynolds said of Leach, adding that his advantage is that he can make a movie with a minimal budget so that it looks like 15 times more was invested.
As the media reports, although filming has not yet started, it is expected that "Deadpool 2" will hit the big screen in 2018.
