All those who liked the film about a retired hitman whose fiancee dies and his dog is killed by a cocky kid that prompts him to take revenge - "John Wick", can now look forward to the sequel.
The first part of the film was released without much fanfare, but thanks to an effective concept, fantastic action scenes and an excellent performance by Keanu Reeves, it quickly became a surprise hit in 2014, which led to the filming of the sequel "John Wick Chapter 2".
This time, "Neu" is joined by "Morpheus", that is, actor Laurence Fishburne, as well as actress Ruby Rose, and the trailer promises exciting action - maybe even better than in the first part.
The action of the sequel takes place just four days after the last scene of the previous film, and the legendary contract killer John Wick is forced to delay his retirement to help a former friend take control of an international group of monsters. Due to a debt from the past, John can't turn him down and goes to Rome to fight some of the most dangerous assassins in the world.
Just how dedicated Reeves was preparing for this role was shown to fans through a video that was released.
