The news that after a 12-year hiatus, the actors from the popular sitcom "Friends" will once again sit on the famous "Central Perk" couch, made fans all over the world happy.
However, according to the latest information, one "Friend" will not be able to appear on the set.
Matthew Perry, who rose to fame with the role of Chandler Bing (one of the most popular characters in the series), is most likely missing the reunion.
Perry is currently preparing a new play, "The end of longing" (The end of longing) in London, and is prevented from appearing in New York anytime soon.
"Although Matthew Perry has enormous respect for the career of James Burrows, he will most likely not appear on the set, due to rehearsals in London where he is preparing a new play," said Lisa Castellar, the actor's PR.
Directors from the NBC network hinted at this scenario, due to the short time and the commitments of the six actors.
Perry may film some scenes of her own, but already it seems that the reunion will not live up to expectations.
The cast of the popular series will reunite on February 21 for a two-hour special as a tribute to TV director James Burrows.
