American actor Keanu Reeves will return to the big screen and shoot the second part of the movie "John Wick".
The directors of the film "John Wick" Chad Stahelski and David Leitch will work on the continuation of the action thriller from 2014, and the main role will again be played by the actor best known from the "Matrix" series.
At the Cannes Film Festival, Lionsgate will start looking for a deal that will allow the film to be distributed internationally. The festival takes place at the end of this month.
Lionsgate president Jason Constantine said he approved the sequel to "John Wick" because of the rave reviews and fan base it has garnered.
In the movie "John Wick", Reeves played an assassin on a revenge mission against Russian mobsters, who killed his dog. The film grossed more than $78 million worldwide and received excellent reviews from critics.
