He wants to retire from acting

In anticipation of the premiere of the film "Spider-Man: No Way Home", which is scheduled for December 15, in which the main character Spider-Man is portrayed by a young actor Tom Holland he spoke to Sky News about leaving acting to "do something else" and having a premature midlife crisis.

"I'm NOT even sure if I want to be an actor. I started acting when I was 11 and I've never done anything else, so I'd like to try other things. I'm kind of having a premature mid-life crisis," he joked explained this 25-year-old.

He also revealed that he will return to dancing (he played Billy Elliot as a boy), given that he was cast in Fred Astaire in a biopic about that actor and dancer.

The film "Spider-Man: No Way Home" is Marvel's biggest achievement this year, and it comes after the highly successful "Avengers: Endgame" from 2019.

In it, the audience will be able to see Peter Parker and his rivalry with Mysterio, which affects not only him but also his girlfriend and best friends.

Due to the great public interest in the film, the filming, says Holland, was very stressful.

"People were excited about the earlier movies, but not this much. This is on the level of the 'Endgame' movie. I think we did a great job and the fans will be satisfied when they see the movie, but that doesn't mean it was any less stressful while we were worked, because expectations are high," he said.

For now, it is also known that in the film Peter will try to erase the memories of his friends so that they forget that he is Spider-Man, so that he can return to a normal life, but Holland is careful not to reveal too much.

"We have to be very careful, because there is a possibility that someone from Sony production will come in the middle of the interview and hit me on the head with a frying pan," joked Holland, who has mistakenly shared too many details about the projects he is working on several times in public.

What he was able to reveal and share was the fact that even as a child he was a big fan of Spider-Man and Marvel in general.

"I thought Spider-Man was real then," he admitted.
