After premiering at this year's Berlinale, Tilman Singer's new horror film "Cuckoo" is set to hit theaters this summer, and now the first trailer has been released.
Hunter Schaefer, Dežisak Henvik and Dan Stevens lead the cast of this genre film, and Stevens in particular was praised by critics who had the opportunity to see the film.
The plot follows 17-year-old Gretchen, who reluctantly leaves her home in America to live with her father, who has moved with his new family to the German Alps. When they arrive, they are greeted by Mr. Koenig, her father's boss who is inexplicably interested in Gretchen's mute half-sister Alma. Gretchen has a sense that something is wrong all the time, as she is disturbed by strange sounds and bloody visions, until she discovers a secret concerning her family.
