Jury of the 15th Underhill Fest for feature-length documentaries that were made by a female director Ivana Todorović, producer Sabina Krešić and director Branislav Milatović, decided that the award "Dandelion" for the best film in the regional selection will go to the film "This Good Country" directed by Vladimir Perović, which just had its world premiere at this year's edition of the film festival.

"The film 'Ova dobra zemlja' deals with the 'little man' and his courage in the rugged landscape in which he lives in a poetic way and with a distinct understanding, as well as the way in which that landscape shaped man and his worldviews. Despite the fact that it is set in the form of a poetic essay, which naturally relies on the picturesqueness of the landscape and the naturalism of the face, the author himself with this film consciously or unconsciously provides an insight into the testimony of a space and time, and thus his work goes beyond the given topic and additionally gains complexity and significance. Although it does not plead for it, this film is of exceptional ethnographic importance as a kind of bequest to future generations. In the film 'This Good Country', Vladimir Perović brings innovative strength, an interesting and courageous directorial approach, which, with its creativity and conciseness, directs us to the creation of a simultaneously artistic and picturesque documentary, which, we believe, has a rich festival life ahead of it", says the jury's explanation.

The film "Ova dobra zemlja" also received the audience award at the 15th Underhill Fest.

The jury also awarded two special awards in the regional selection: the film "Deserters" Damira Markovina and the film "Silence of Reason" directed by Kumjane Novakov.

The three-member jury decided to award "Dandelion - for the best film in the international selection" to the film "Indelible Memories" directed by Maite Alberdi.

The jury for the selection of "7 short" documentary films, which consists of an actor Miso Obradovic, director Matija Jovanovic and cultural manager Milena Prelevic, they decided that the award "Dandelion - for short documentary film" will go to the film "Exit through the Madhouse" directed by Nikola Ilic.

Special recognition of the jury in the short documentary film category was given to the director's work "Valerija". Sara Jurinčić.

At the closing of the 15th Underhill Fest, short films shot during the "Teen Docs" school - a documentary film school for high school students, in cooperation with the One company - were shown. The audience saw the short films "Being Small" (Una Stanković), “Be a man” (Đorđe Purić, Sofija Čeko, Bojana Sekulić i Jovana Terzic) and the film "Time without an anchor" (Jovana Rovčanin i Boris Janićeijević).

Before the screening of the film "Some new wilderness" by the director Silje Evensmo Jakobsen, which tells the story of an unusual family that decided to build a life in the wilderness, isolated from civilization and in contact with nature, Nikola Petrović Njegoš officially closed the 15th Underhill fest.
