Hollywood actress Angelina Jolie said she had the best sex ever with her co-star Denzel Washington.
Jolie co-starred with Washington in the 1999 thriller The Bone Collector. In the film, she plays Amelia Donahue, a police officer who becomes emotionally involved with forensics expert Lincoln Rhyme (Washington) as they try to catch a serial killer. What's interesting is that Washington's character is a quadriplegic, meaning his limbs are paralyzed. So Amelia investigates crime scenes, recounting what she sees to Lincoln, who gives her instructions from her bed.
Because of Lincoln's paralysis, Jolie and Washington had to build the romance between the characters in different ways than in other films, relying more on intimacy than the physical aspect.
In an interview with "Dark Horizons", Jolie said that seducing someone with just her mind was very exciting for her.
"The journey of these two characters and the depth of the relationship between them is fascinating," said the actress.
Describing a scene in the film where she uses scent and intellect to seduce Lincoln, she said it was "the best sex she's ever had".
"It was incredible to seduce someone with just your mind, very exciting," she added.
However, she admitted that shooting this film was extremely difficult for her.
"I felt lonely and went a little crazy. From the beginning, I felt like I wasn't fit for that role, that I was leading the film and being responsible for all that, saving lives and being a policewoman. Filming almost drove me crazy, because Amelia was so crazy inside," the actress said.
Despite its commercial success, "The Bone Collector" did not receive praise from critics, although Jolie and Washington did for their reports.
