Jack Will, the 17-year-old actor who played Loki as a child in the first season of Marvel's "Loki," has posted several videos on TikTok in which he says he is homeless and looking for a place to stay.
"Hello. I'm a famous actor, I'm 17 years old and I'm homeless. You may know me from the series 'Loki', 'The Ending of the F**ing World' or from various other films in which I played significant roles. I didn't talk much about what's going on in my life, but I think it's time to reveal the truth. I was abused at home. I didn't have a good childhood mental health. I have autism, ADHD and am currently being tested for bipolar disorder and psychosis," he said.
Will also starred in films such as "The Favourite", "The Corrupted", "Come Away", "My Name Is Lenny" and in the series "The Peripheral", "Call the Midwife" and "Tin Star". In the video, he stated that he cannot live with his grandparents because his grandfather is "seriously ill", Varajeti reports.
"I have nowhere to go and I need help. Social services refuse to help me, despite what I have told them. I am desperate. I have been sleeping on the street. I am currently sleeping in a trailer with broken windows, which is not safe and is two hours away from my work, which is why I barely get to work every day. Life is hard. I'm on my knees and please share this, spread the word about how the government is treating children." is.
On Tuesday, after his posts went viral, Will said he had been contacted by social services with the possibility of being placed in foster care and thanked his followers for sharing his footage.
"I don't know what you did, but the message reached them and it really, really helped me. Now they are taking action. They are finally doing something. God bless you. Thank you very much," he said.
