One of his long-standing goals was to collaborate with the British legend Maggie Smith who has starred in both prestigious films and popular franchises, such as “Harry Potter,” “Nanny McPhee,” and “The Best Exotic Marigold Hotel.” Although they respected each other, they unfortunately never had the opportunity to work together. The reasons for this lie partly because Smith worked mainly in the UK, while Jackson spent most of his career in the United States so that he could participate in a large number of projects per year. Their professional paths simply did not cross at the right time, which certainly left the actor with an unfulfilled desire.
