HRT, which is currently filming the film "General" about the Croatian general, former Hague indictee, and currently adviser to the Croatian Ministry of Defense, Anto Gotovina, had to pay extra for the actors who play the Chetniks.

"We solved the problem with extras who didn't want to play Chetniks. In the end, acting is their job, and money solves things. "However, they were not happy to put a hat on their head," said Vrdoljak.
The title role in the film "General" is played by the famous Croatian actor Goran Višnjić (44).
"That role has lived in me for years. When General Gotovina came to The Hague, the idea was born to make a film about his life, primarily to show the world that he is innocent," said Višnjić, whose grandparents were expelled from the village of Krkovići during the war.
