Art lovers have the opportunity to spend the night in a room that is a replica of Vincent van Gogh's bedroom for only ten dollars.
The Art Institute of Chicago decorated a studio for rent to look like Van Gogh's painting of his room in the south of France.
The room, located in Chicago's River North neighborhood, is being advertised on Airbnb as if the artist himself is selling it to raise money to buy paint.
Those who rent the room will also receive tickets to the "Van Gogh Room" exhibit at the Art Institute Chicago, which opens Sunday, February 14th and runs through May 10th.
Museum spokeswoman Amanda Hicks said all February dates immediately sold out within minutes of the offer being announced Tuesday evening. Further offers will be announced through the Institute of Art's social networks. Another replica of Van Gogh's room was made for the exhibition itself at the Art Institute.
