Four still blind puppies, three yellow and one white, were left today at the foot of the road to the tower in Dajbabe, in the Zabjelo settlement in Podgorica.
The reader who submitted the photos to the Vijesti editorial office, says that while he was on Dajbabska Gora, he saw children carrying a package, but only later realized that there were dogs in it.
He and his daughters have fed and warmed the puppies, but they do not have the conditions to take care of them and take them home.
"My daughters feed them from a syringe with warm milk, we also brought a blanket for them let's cover it. I don't believe they will survive the sunset," said the reader who found the puppies.
Several animal protection societies advised that abandoned puppies should be found with an adult female who has puppies, so that they can continue to suckle.
The dogs are now at the foot of the road to the TV tower in Dajbabe, not far from the protective fence.
