Police officers pulled the dog out of the swollen water and revived him with artificial respiration

Employees of the National Police in Colombia managed to save the dog from the swollen water with great difficulty. The first two rescue attempts were unsuccessful, but the officers did not want to give up and pulled the dog out of the torrents on the third attempt.

Police said the dog, named Prince, fell into the water full of mud, rocks and other debris. After they pulled him out of the torrent to safety, they gave him first aid, artificial respiration and heart massage, which revived him, reports ABC News.

They are currently looking for Prince's owner, and if they don't find him - the dog already has a home. The leaders of the National Police have already expressed their desire to adopt him.
