Singer and host Andrijana Božović recently has a new job. Namely, she became a finesse instructor of the Les Mills Body Pump program. She started training, as she told "Vijesti", for health reasons, and she was especially interested in the programs of this company from New Zealand.

"I found out about them a year and a half ago, when there was a presentation of all those programs. I wanted to see what it was all about, because I had to be physically active due to health problems. When I watched the Body Pump training, I was delighted and fell in love with that program. That's why I went to training and got a certificate for an instructor", Božović begins the story about her new profession.

As she says, in the year she has been active, she has seen changes in herself and feels much better.

"Doctors advised me to do less intensive training, but for me this one, although it is stronger, is more pleasant and my joints hurt less," she adds.

Connoisseurs describe Body Pump as "men's training", but Božović disagrees with that, claiming that many more women are interested in it.

“It's strength training. It will not make you pumped up, but you will define the muscles, you will have a better posture. It is a more difficult training, but it is definitely not for men, it is for everyone. It's just that it seems to me that women are more persistent," points out Božović, adding that Body Pump is best in combination with aerobic training.

She thinks it's good for public figures to take care of their health and figure, and new members of the Go Gym where she works are usually surprised when they see her.

As she says, there is no success without pain, and every muscle reaction during training means that muscle is working, and hard training led her to the first prize. Namely, at the recently held fitness festival in Podgorica's Delta City, Andrijana won second place for Les Mills Idol.

"It's actually more of an incentive for a person to work harder. I got another free training for their programs and will see what they offer and decide which one to take. I'll probably pick something that we don't have. Soon there will be a presentation of new programs, everyone who wants to try them, and I'm sure that many will find themselves in this", concludes Božović.

On getting back on stage: I hope 2015 will be my year

Due to her health, Božović took a break from her music career, but she says that training helped her regain her strength, so she promises to return to the stage this year.

She is thinking about a new single, but she did not want to specify when it might appear on the airwaves.

"I have already announced my return many times, but it didn't happen, so I would avoid it now. I sincerely hope that 2015 will be my year and that I will surprise all those who are waiting for something of mine to appear", promised Božović.

However, the fact that she did not record compositions did not prevent her from contacting the authors, so she hopes that some of the next singles will be made by Zele Lipovača and Hari Varešanović.

"Harry is a love from my early days in the pop sense, so there is also a collaboration story with him. I would definitely like to have both of them do a song for me, and we'll see what really happens," she is honest.

How in her show AB stories, she always fulfills the guests' musical wishes, and thanks to her, she received many offers for collaboration.

"I remember that Đule Van Gogh and Ivan from Legendi offered me a collaboration, a song, a guest appearance at a concert. However, I withdrew and did not give those people space. I know I should have contacted them, but I believe that, regardless of my break, they have not lost interest in cooperating with me", she hopes.
