The Bosnian, residing in Malaysia, will definitely enter the judicial annals of that country.
Namely, Ervin Ahbabović is suing his ex-girlfriend, because she allegedly used him only to take his sperm.
He claims that his ex-girlfriend used him so that she would not have a child with European genes, so he filed a lawsuit in the Supreme Court in Kuala Lumpur.
Ahbabović, who also owns a company in that country, claims that he entered into a relationship with sincere feelings and love. When their son was born on February 7, 2010, Ervin believed it was a turning point for marriage, but his girlfriend disagreed.
He claims that after the birth of the child, the 29-year-old woman always accused him and looked for a reason for a fight, and he stated that his girlfriend's desire for sex exceeded the limit of normal, writes the Malaysian portal The Star.
"She demanded that we do it six times a day for one hour. She threatened to commit suicide if I didn't fulfill her sexual desires or left her for no reason," said Ahbabović.
After the breakup, the girl forbade Ervin to see the child, and as he claims, she admitted to him that she only used him for sperm.
Ahbabobić is seeking monetary compensation in the amount of 140.000 euros, and the trial will begin on October 1.
