CBS News admitted that it published footage from Italy as footage from New York

A big mistake was made by the American media company CBS, i.e. CBS News. On Monday, they apologized for posting footage of a crowded hospital room that purported to be from New York but was actually from a hospital in Italy.

"It was an editing error, and we took immediate steps to remove it from all platforms," ​​CBS told Fox News. Last Wednesday, CBS showed a short video in its morning program showing several patients and medical staff in one room during a report on the increasing risks of being infected with the corona virus in New York. However, this same footage was shown a few days ago on Sky News.

'This is the main hospital in Bergamo, in the province of Lombardy. It is one of the most advanced hospitals in Europe,' Sky News reported at the time.

Meanwhile, the identical recordings became suspicious to someone, they compared them and realized that CBS News had been caught in a lie. Namely, they published a video from Italy, showing the alleged condition in American hospitals.
