The series "Squid Game" from South Korea, which conquered the world in a short time with the help of the streaming platform Netflix, after the single "Squid Game (Let's Play)", is getting a complete EP of the same name, reports the world media.
The release will also include four songs produced by Alok, Cheat Codes, TOKiMONSTA, and the Korean group May Tree.
"Like many others, I watched the series and really liked it. As a Korean-American, seeing this kind of representation of community combined with the acceptance of crossing borders is very important for Asian minorities living in Western societies," said TOKiMONSTA, who recorded the song "The Flower Blooms" for the EP.
"I was inspired to write something unique and related to my roots. I made a song where you can hear my voice interpreting the lyrics in Korean," he added.
