It is important to understand what our mission is on the planet

Montenegrin musician Samir Ramović recently stayed in Switzerland, where he recorded a music video for the song "Tu sam ja" under the direction of Haris Dubica.

"As I wanted the video to be recorded as soon as possible, I went to Switzerland with Harris, who already had a lot of contracted work there. Who knows when we would have recorded it, if I hadn't gone there. By the way, Harris has been the owner of the award for the best video in Switzerland for the last three years, and I also like his videos that he made for Dino Merlin", said Ramović.

“Harris sent me a raw edit of the video, I'm extremely happy with how it all looks. The video will be a little different from everything that has been done in this area, as will the song itself," he adds. The plot of the video just supports the lyrics of the song, so extras of all races appear in the video.

"This is a song of peace, and various nations and races of people appear in the video. Fear and suffering are shown, and the goal is to draw attention to the many ugly things that man is willing to do to man. That was my inspiration when I wrote the song, and my goal is that at least one person a day, after listening to it, wonders what his mission on this planet really is," explains Ramović. The video also features the frontman of the band Piloti Zoran Kiki Lesendrić, the author of the arrangement who also played the guitar.

"Kiki and I have become very good friends in the meantime. Above all, he is a very good man and a great artist. He has already done a lot for me, and I am very grateful to him for that," said Ramović, who was a guest at Kiki's concert in Belgrade on Friday.

"There were a lot of people. Kiki announced me nicely and among other things said that I was in the X Factor. I was surprised how well the audience accepted me. Together we sang the track "Nemirne noci", which Kiki recorded with Toni Cetinski, and the song "Zoboravljeni", Ramović recalled. Kiki and Pilot did not use the concert to present a new track.

"I will start singing my song at Pilot's concerts only when I release it together with the music video. No one has heard the song yet, except my friends and co-workers. We are in negotiations with UNICEF to stand behind this project, and it is planned to record an English version as well", he hopes.
