The most popular Montenegrin singer Sergej Ćetković will be the main star of the celebration of the tenth anniversary of Montenegro's independence in Bijelo Polje on May 21. At the press conference held today in "Hard Rock Cafe" in Podgorica, he thanked the Municipality of Bijelo Polje for the invitation and congratulated the citizens of Montenegro on the upcoming holiday.
"I am glad that, together with all my colleagues, I will bow to the audience in Bijelo Polje after five years since we last hung out there. I promise a good time, as always. The audience in Bijelo Polje is phenomenal, and I invite everyone who is not from that city to come," said the popular musician.
Along with Ćetković, Naiva, Na 21 sati, Bojan Delić, Gad, Jovan Aleksić and Vanja Radovanović will also perform in Bijelo Polje on May 6st, and the organizers announced that it will be the biggest event of that day in Montenegro.
"Me and my colleagues will do everything to make the evening go as well as possible and to mark this jubilee in the right way... I don't know how to give speeches, but I have one objection to the organizers, because on the poster for the event they put my name bigger than others. Don't do that, I have a problem anyway because of my height, I don't need bigger letters," Ćetković said jokingly.
The Municipality announced that the program marking the tenth anniversary of independence began on May 12 with the Fantastic Literature Festival organized by Radio Bijelo Polje, and was followed by a series of sports and cultural events.
The day before the big concert at 17:20 p.m., a review of rhythmic school sections will be held in Bijelo Polje, and an hour later the Belgrade theater "Slavija" will host the performance "Koštana". From 20:XNUMX on May XNUMX, KUD "Crvena stijena" will perform in Bijelo Polje, and an hour later the acoustic guitar duo Srđan Bulatović and Darko Nikčević will perform.
When asked if there were any calls from Cetinje, where a big concert will be held on May 21, where Dino Merlin will also perform, Ćetković answered in the negative.
