Banja Luka progressive metal band "Neuro" will present itself to the Montenegrin audience for the first time as part of this year's Bedem Fest, which will take place from September 5 to 7 at the old Turkish fortress in Nikšić.

The band, which attracted public attention in 2012 by winning the Demofest, will promote their debut album "Sounds of Silence" in Nikšić, which can be downloaded for free from the official website of "Neura" (www.neurobl.com).

"We expect a lot of audience and that we will enjoy together, and we promise that we will have an energetic performance as always", said guitarist Nikola Galić.

The album "Sounds of Silence" contains nine tracks, it was produced by Dejan Vučković, and "Neuro" received its debut recording as a prize at Demofest.

"It is an attempt by an individual to understand what kind of world he is in, who will not come to terms with the illogicalities and stupidities that surround us, the upside-down value system," Galić explained the theme that prevails on his band's first release.

"It's always great at gigs, we already have our own audience that knows the songs and sings with us, and it's a nice feeling to see that. We're happy with how the album has been received," answered the guitarist when asked what the reactions to his band's debut were.

He characterized the victory at Demofest as the brightest point in the band's career so far.

"It's an excellent festival that provides an opportunity that many bands don't have, especially considering the financial situation of people involved in this type of music," said Galić.
