The thirteenth night of the Petrovac Jazz Festival, which was held last night in Petrovac, was dedicated to Slovak saxophonist Radovan Tariska, the organizers announced.
Although he has his own compositions, for the presentation to the audience in Petrovac he decided to play only jazz standards.
"I'm happy with how the audience reacted and I'm happy that I'm doing this job because I have the opportunity to travel, meet people, see their happy faces while they listen to us. I'm doing my dream job so I'm always satisfied after every concert," commented Tariska.
The cooperation between the Petrovac Jazz Festival and Tariska continues because the musician will be the promoter of this Montenegrin event in Slovakia.
"I hope that we will play in Petrovac next year as well, but my mission will also be to bring my colleagues to the festival to promote their work," Tariska promised.
Tonight, the Petrovac jazz festival will continue with the performance of the Montenegrin band "Dr Wolf And Children Of The Night" from 21:30 p.m., admission is free.
