After a recording break of several years, Marija Božović returns to the stage. On Monday, the audience will have the opportunity to see the video for the new song "Misbehave" on the MTV channel.

For the track, which is a combination of hip hop and r'n'b with a touch of soul, the music was made by Sky Vikluh and MC Rhino, while the singer wrote the lyrics.

The director and producer of the video is Vladimir Toni Pendo, while his brother Danilo was in charge of the camera. DJ Relja also appears in the video, and the script and choreography were designed by Maria with the help of her sister Jelena Božović.

"I don't think the song will be a surprise for my audience, considering that on my debut album I also had compositions that draw on what I'm doing now. The track is in English, I think that language suits me, although in the future I will also record some songs on ours," he told Vijesti.

He thinks that it is expected that after pop music he reoriented himself to r'n'b and hip hop, given that he has been listening to those musical genres for a long time.

"It all started with a performance at the Sunčane skala festival, so I felt that I should round off that story of pop music with an album. I have also participated in other Montenegrin festivals, and we know very well what kind of music goes well at such competitions. Nevertheless, my debut is, regardless of all that, it wasn't a classic pop album," she explains.

By changing direction, Maria B does not give up performing at festivals.

"Given the experiences I have, I doubt that there will be more places for me at festivals. However, if they change their policy and want to really make a diverse program, and have a good song of this genre, of course I would apply. Like this, I think I wouldn't pass because what I do is hard core rnb, on the border with hip-hop, and I am aware that there are no such songs at our summer festivals," said Maria B.

Maria works a lot in clubs, and plans to perform new songs at concerts.

"Of course, they will be adapted, because I don't like to perform with matrices. I have been singing with a keyboard player for years, so the songs from my first album have also been adapted for performances. And these new audiences will have the opportunity to hear them live in a new guise", he concludes. she.

On the last album of the Kotor group Who See, Maria was a guest in the songs "Reggeaton Montenegro" and "Bar-Bari". He promises that there will be cooperation in the future as well.

"I also recorded a song with the Montenegrin rapper Labia, and I also collaborated with MC Rhino. There will be more similar collaborations, and now I'm waiting for what we did to go on the air," she says.

Although he will delight his fans with a new song on Monday, he is not thinking about an album, but will release one single at a time. She will continue her collaboration with MC Rhino, and she would like Sky Vikluh to make another song for her.
