The folk music festival will not be held this year, and the main reason for the cancellation of this event is the financial crisis.
The Association of Variety Artists of Montenegro has been trying to promote folk music modeled on the original for seven years with the help of this festival, which has been held in Tivat, Bar and Cetinje.
"This year, we failed to close the financial structure and give the fans of this sound more new songs. Last year, despite the financial crisis, we extended the festival to two days, but since we could not justify the standards we set ourselves, we decided to leave this type of gathering for a better time and place," said Renata Perazić, president of the Association of Pop Artists of Montenegro.
