"Hladno pivo", one of the most popular Croatian bands, confirmed what "Vijesti" wrote about earlier - that this summer they will finally hold a concert in front of Montenegrin fans. And not one, but two in a row.
Two performance dates in Podgorica, June 23 and 24, have been announced on their official website, and the concerts will take place on the terrace of the "Budo Tomović" Cultural and Information Center.
"We are absolutely excited and looking forward to our first visit to Montenegro. Finally, after 20 years of playing, we managed to agree on both the date and the location", said Mile Kekin, frontman of "Hladni piva", for "Vijesti".
"We are absolutely excited and looking forward to our first visit to Montenegro. We expect madness," says Kekin
“We expect madness. Until now, we have received a large number of messages via Facebook from our fans from Montenegro, so we will come with great optimism and try to create a good atmosphere in Podgorica", says Kekin, adding that the band will play complete new material, considering that this tour was started with the aim of promoting the album "World of Glamour", but in addition, for all their fans who have never heard them live before, they will play even the oldest hits.
"The venue of the concert is not a big sports hall and we think that it is too small for all the people who want to come, so we will play for two nights. I think the location is excellent, because it will be a little more intimate and a nicer atmosphere, and we will have time to walk around the city. I've never been to Podgorica and I can't wait to come and hang out with our audience there," explained Kekin, why they decided to play two nights in a row.
When asked if there is a possibility that "Hladno pivo" will perform somewhere else in Montenegro this year, apart from Podgorica, the frontman of the Zagreb band says: "Absolutely, I think this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship
When asked if there is a possibility that "Hladno pivo" will perform somewhere else in Montenegro this year, apart from Podgorica, the frontman of the Zagreb band says: "Absolutely, I think this is the beginning of a wonderful friendship and there is no reason for us to be permanent from now on." guests at your place”. This week, with a concert in Čakovec, the popular Zagreb band's tour of the countries of the former Yugoslavia, which is called "Dovvoravanje", will begin. As stated on the official website of "Hladnog piva", "Dodvoravanje" is the spring/summer part of this year's tour, before the big hall tour in autumn/winter 2011, which will start with a concert in Zagreb's "Arena".
"Vijesti" will publish information on the beginning of ticket sales for concerts in Podgorica and their prices soon.
