Montenegrin pop rock group Katapult has released a music video for the song "Otkad te nema" from the recently released album of the same name, the first after more than 10 years of hiatus.
Frontman Goran Gula Pejović revealed to "Vijesti" that he shot the video at Hajdučka cesma in Belgrade, where he is currently staying to promote the current issue.
"The agreement with V&B production is to make four, five more videos. We filmed this song because the people who heard the album reacted the best to it, and the next is the ballad 'You're still here', which for me is the best of the new songs. We will make a video for her in Bar, a classic by the sea, on the beach, casually with a guitar," announced Gula.
The new Katapult album was released under the City Records label, and in addition to being available on CD, the group's frontman and main author said that the entire release can be heard on the publisher's YouTube channel. In the coming period, the bar composition will work on the promotion of the album.
"First I will do a promotion or a concert in Bar in November, and then in Podgorica, Belgrade, Novi Sad... I will try to schedule a few more performances for the New Year. It's strange, but we are listened to more in the region than in Montenegro," the singer said.
He said that he is satisfied with the arrangements and production, and that it is up to the audience to judge what the songs are like, and that there is not much new that can be invented in pop rock music.
"I'm happy that I managed to complete it, and what happens next is not up to me. It's show business, how does one manage, it's a difficult situation for this kind of music, hyperproduction rules. People pay to have views on YouTube, but that's fake popularity," said Gula and added that Senidah is the only one he likes among the new faces on the scene.
