After the executive production for the latest single of the duo Who See - "Amo Popit Po Pivo" done for this year's Nikšić Pivo campaign, Podgorica DJ and producer Nikola Rajović better known as DJ Mono and his BPM - Beats per Montenegro present two more projects: Soul3000 and the single "Stihija ” and Home Vibin, a video DJ project.

The song "Stihija" is the first single of the Soul3000 project, featuring author and producer Stefan Pantović.

"Soul3000 is a collaboration between the young producer Hamid Nišić (Soulastik) and myself, born out of the desire to produce a modern expression through contemporary soul music. There will be no genre restrictions, from trap to the new disc to electro sound, because we appreciate various musical styles and try to unify them in some way", says DJ Mono and explains that "Stihija" was created at the very beginning of their collaboration and the desire to they make a version or a remix for the song "Pas odliči u raj" by Stefan Pantović.

“As the new version took on a life of its own and as we became, in a way, obsessed with the new vibe, we decided to market the remix as a separate project to expand our shared audience. The single 'Stihija' is dominated by a relaxed summer sound, in addition to introspective and emotional lyrics, the background music creates a specific atmosphere. Modernly produced, this song is made according to all world standards and brings what is defined as a good vibe or a chill vibe", DJ Mono is sure.

During the quarantine days and the current corona virus pandemic, Rajović did not sit idly by. The "HomeVibin" project was created during the quarantine period of the year and continued in the post-quarantine period, literally summing up solo work in its four walls.

"Home Vibin are DJ sets made live or recorded, independently, in home conditions without too many technical aids, raw, with natural light and without editing. The focus is on the choice of music, and the choice itself on quality. The sets present music that, unfortunately, can be heard less and less in the media", says DJ Mono and adds that the sets are rich in soul, funk, jazz and various fusions from organic to electronic.

"We have special guest sets, so DJ Maraku, Peđa Radović and Deda from the Who See band appear among others. The vinyl selections feature the American funk-fusion band Budos Band, the legendary Brazilian band Azymuth and the cult composer of library music, who has his roots in these parts, Janko Nilović, as well as many others... You have the opportunity to see and hear selections of Balkan jazz or reggae as well as funk with seven singles. Live sets, like the shelf life, had their own duration, the sets that were uploaded to YouTube, mixcloud and soundcloud are available to everyone around the world and all this until further notice", reveals DJ Mono.

As he says, this is one way of strengthening the independent scene. "This is the promotion of true values and support for fellow citizens and countrymen in the fight against stress in this very challenging year. The project was financed from its own funds, and co-financed by the Music Center of Montenegro and the Ministry of Culture of Montenegro", concludes DJ Mono.
