Elton John made an unexpected decision - due to his health, he is retiring.
One of the most popular musicians in the world at the moment, Elton John, has decided to say goodbye to touring. The famous singer is retiring from the stage where he spent almost 50 years.
The reasons for his withdrawal are allegedly of a health nature, writes N1.
Sources close to the singer claim that this decision was expected, given that last year he barely made it out alive due to a severe bacterial infection he contracted during a tour of South America.
"I knew I was sick, but I couldn't even dream how serious the situation was. I got the diagnosis after a test before which I had nine concerts and about twenty flights," said John at the time.
After retiring, the 70-year-old musician will fully devote himself to his sons Zakari and Elijah.
