The song from the Disney movie "Encanto" - "We Don't Talk About Bruno" managed what even the children's global hit "Let It Go" failed - it took first place on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
This is the first time that a Disney song has topped the chart in 30 years, since 1993's "A Whole New World" from the movie "Aladdin" was at number one.
The composition he signs Lin-Manuel Miranda, is also the first song by a solo artist to achieve this position in four years, having previously done so Ed Sheeran with “Perfect”.
At the same time, this is Miranda's first placement at the top of the Billboard Hot 100 list, and apart from "We Don't Talk About Bruno" and "A Whole New World", no Disney hit has won the first place, considering that "Let It Go" reached only the fifth position in 2014.
However, it doesn't end there either, because as Billboard points out, this is the first song from the top of the list performed by a large number of actors and musicians: Carolina Gaitan, Mauro Castillo, adassa, Renzi Felice, Diana Guerrero i Steven Betariz.
The mentioned song also succeeded in removing the track "Easy On Me" by the British singer from the top position in the American chart. Adel, which dropped to second place after ten weeks, although it is still in first place in terms of listening on radio stations.
