Selma Droce, the new singer of Divanhana

The band from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Divanhana, recently pleased all admirers of their work with the new single "Lola", and at the same time announced that the collaboration with their long-time member Šejlom Grgić brings to an end.

"We dedicate the song Lola, which we share with you, to our dear, beloved and respected colleague Šejla Grgić, with whom we are ending our professional collaboration. Our Šejla will say goodbye to Divanhana, but also to her sevdah paradise, with a series of concerts in the neighborhood at the end of July and the beginning of August," the band Divanhana said earlier.

Just a few days after the release of the song, Divanhana introduced her new member through social networks Selma Droce.

"It is with great joy that we present to you our new member Selma Droca. Born in Hamburg, Germany, she finished elementary school, high school and high school of music in Mostar, and graduated and postgraduate studies at the Academy of Music in Sarajevo. During her studies, she became a member of the Etnoakademik ensemble, where she discovered an extraordinary passion for traditional music of Bosnia and Herzegovina, as well as fado, oriental music and fusion. He also participates in the project Introduction to Pop and Jazz by a distinguished professor Sinan Alimanović, where he has the opportunity to learn about jazz harmony and improvisation. He was awarded a gold badge at the Music Academy in Sarajevo. She currently lives and works in the field of musical art in Mostar", announced the band Divanhana and added that they have known Selma for many years.

"We follow her work and all her successes with respect, believing that one day our paths will surely cross. We are happy that, together with our Selma, we will write new notes for you, sing together, laugh, cry, spread sevdah as only we know how, throughout this colorful world.
