A concert Matija Dedić i Marijana Zlopaš Tomorrow evening, the 13th edition of Bedem Fest will be opened on the terrace of the "Onogošt" hotel, which this year is being held under the slogan "Bedem Fest has come down to the city".
As the slogan of the festival says, this year's Bedem Fest, which will last from September 1 to 3, will not be held at the old city fortress, after which the festival takes its name, but at Freedom Square and the terrace of the "Onogošt" hotel.
On the second night of the festival, the young group "Quiet dogs" from Nikšić will perform, which will be their debut performance, then the winners of the "Bunt Rock" festival, the band "Sanitarijum" from Belgrade, Buč Cassidy, a group they call "cowboys under a disco ball", while the evening close one of the most popular bands in the region, the Zoster group from Mostar.
The performance of Partibrejkers, a band celebrating its 40th anniversary, was canceled because one member of the band is unfortunately covid-positive.
The final night of the festival will be opened by Nikšić's MC Blunt, followed by "Neverne Bebe", "a band living a different youth", Tanja Jovićević, who, as the organizers pointed out, "with her still strong voice and stature awakens in us nostalgia not only for one time but also for the many greats who are no longer alive", while the festival will be closed by "Danilov's Experience of Vienna", a band from Niš that held a comeback concert in 11 after 2019 years of concerts and a five-year studio break.
The concerts on the Square are free, and the organizers are convinced that Montenegro and Nikšić will be "the epicenter of good sound, socializing, good vibes, love for everyone and for everything" during the days of the Bedem Fest.
"Let this be a new beginning for all of us, so that everyone comes to Trg and to this year's Bedem Fest, renewed and 'dressed as a new man', inspired by love and positive emotions. We are living this moment, which is unrepeatable and as such worth the effort to dedicate ourselves to ourselves, but also to others, to forgive, to believe and to strive to be only better and better every day. Let's start the path to happiness in these many troubles that befall us all", said the organizers.
