In Bijelo Polje, the bands Teška Industrija, Osvajači and Van Gogh will perform at the fifth "Ušće fest M:tel 2017", which will be held on the fifth of August at the confluence of the Bistirca and Lim rivers.
The program starts at 18:XNUMX and during the day guests will be entertained by a DJ.
The director of the festival, Vladan Čampar, said that the tradition that is built year after year is slowly becoming a brand that Bijelo Polje is proud of, as its greatest potential in the tourist offer.

We are waiting for a spectacle created and realized by young people, the content of which is completely subordinated to young people because we want to think about the future together, Čampar said and pointed out that this year the festival was supported by the President of the Republic Filip Vujanović and the Prime Minister of the Government of Montenegro Duško Marković.
He explained that the festival survived thanks to the Municipality of Bijelo Polje and its president Aleksandar Žurić, the Tourist Organization and its director Violeta Obradovic, and especially the company Mtel and its director Vladimir Lučić and others. "We owe special thanks to the local utility company Lim, and director Radenko Vujošević for their great help in the technical implementation of the festival itself all these years," said Čampar.
Entrance to the festival is free again this year and bus transportation in that direction is provided.
"We are asking everyone to go by bus and thus make it easier for themselves and the organizers. There will be enough buses available. The departure is from the city bus station at several times during the day, and the first bus leaves at 16 p.m.
This year, the festival will be supported by the Bijelo Polje Tourist Organization
"Anything that affects the increase in the quality of our municipality's tourist offer, we are always here to support. We want to show that Bistrica can be the host of such events, which gather a large number of people", said the director of the Tourist Organization, Violeta Obradović, adding that this event is a good way to promote the beauty of the Bistrica area as well as to develop the tourist offer.
The patrons of this year's "Ušće Fest" are the Municipality of Bijelo Polje and the Tourist Organization, the technical organizer is the NGO Respect and the general sponsor is the company M:tel.
